| India Fashion Expo can ship to any address in the world.
In case uou have ordered two or more items, you may receive them in
multiple boxes on different days depending on item availability and
shipping locations. |
| If you have placed an order with
India Fashion Expo than you can check the current status of your order
by first logging in with your username & password and then going
to My Account. Here you can not only review your current order status
but even the previos history of orders placed with us. |

| As soon as the order is handed over to the courier we
will be emailing you to inform you the status. |
| Time
Taken for delivery: |
| Your orders are shipped within
maximum 21 days after the confirmation of your order. In case the
products oredered by you are not be in stock than in that case the
order is custom made and the shipment / courier may take 4/6 weeks.
All the products the products are properly wrapped before they are
shipped to you. Once the orders are shipped by it may take approximately
5 to 12 working days depending on your location for the shipment to
reach you. Please note that all our products are shipped from India. |
| Calculating cost :

| If you choose to ship items as
soon as they become available, we will charge you full per shipment
fees for each shipment as well as per item fee for each item. Please
also note that the shipping rates for many products/items we sell
are weight based. The weight of any such product can be found on its
detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use,
all weights will be rounded up to the next pound (lbs). |
International shipping and handling
rates is based on the size of your order :
the larger you order, the lower the rate. On the checkout page,
you will select delivery destination, and the next page will calculate
the shipping and handling fee for you automatically. In case of bulk
orders we can quote you special shipping cost. |
| Your shipping cost will be calculated
as per the number of items you have ordered. If
your order is of group of items and a single shipment is possible,
than we will charge you for one regular per-shipment fee as well as
per item fee for each item in the shipment. |
| India Fashion Expo is not responsible
for any item once it leaves our business premises. All damages during
transit, lost items during transit, lost or stolen packages left at
customer's address and any others damage will be borne by the customer
only. |
| VAT / Custom Taxes and Import
Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of
different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT /
Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process,
but may be charged to you by your government. They are entirely your
responsibility. |
| Please note that there are no
shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as shipping
/ courier company's will not make any pick-ups on those days. Please
note that residential shipments to USA will be left at door if someone
is not there to receive the package. |
| Our courier / shipping agent will
not be able to provide signed confirmation of delivery made in such
cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure
that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery
is attempted. |
