| Return And Exchange |
|
We always look forward to give you the best of products at the
best prices as we wish to have long term relations with you as our
regular customer. However if due to some unforeseen reasons you
require the return of the product then the following terms will
be applicable for a mutually consented return. The details of the
products or product specifications (for instance weight, color,
fabric, details etc.) are given along with the image in the detailed
product info section. The product displays are only fairly approximate
values. In case of products having intricate handwork, there may
be slight variation in the pictures displayed and the respective
actual products. India Fashion Expoin its unconditional discretion,
may deliver a similar/alike/alternate product for reasons or constraints
beyond its control. While we try to accurately reproduce colors,
there may be minor variations in color due to photography and color
settings and capabilities of monitors. A customer must place an
order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a
computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.
We firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware
that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared
to the actual outfits or accessories ordered. It is practically
impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen
on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered
as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect
different shades of a color under different light and weather, type
of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer
monitor. We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who
orders any product from India Fashion Expo is aware of this genuine
problem. The return of purchased products is only possible subject
to the point that you inform your decision to us by e-mail within
24 hours of receipt of goods. The intimation should also be followed
by a return / dispatch of the purchased goods within 24 hours from
the time of receipt of products. You cannot return the goods on
the grounds of color choice or handwork for any product, as once
you order the product on the site you voluntarily confirm to its
color and handwork details. You are not entitled to return the products
over the issue of price or shipment cost as you are already confirming
to them when finalizing the order. An amount of 20% or 25US$ whichever
is more will be deducted from the purchase price. The cost of returning
the products by express mail has to be borne by the customer. The
products have to be returned in original packaging. Used products
are not eligible for a return. Money will be returned back once
we have received the products in intact position (without any wear
and tear / damage). We regret that our policy forbids return of
any item which has been customized / modified as per your requirement.

| Terms Of Sale |
1. Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information
in the order form including telephone numbers.

2. We will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to
incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

3. All credit card payments must be authorized online.
In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, we
are not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance
and non-authorization of such credit cards.

4. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our
control. They vary according to the rules of different countries
and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes
and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process,
but may be charged to you by your government. They are entirely
your responsibility.

5. Customers must provide up to 4 weeks for processing
and delivery of orders. In the event of any order that cannot
be processed within 4 weeks, India fashion Expo will inform
the customer at the earliest.

6. All products offered are subject to availability at
the time of placing your order.

7. Designs and prices are subject to change without notice
|
8. Shipping charges are applicable as per the customer's
/ destination country.

9. We take every good care to ship the orders in good condition
and properly packed. However, the package may be damaged
due to delivery procedure and custom procedure at the destination
country and we will not be responsible for the same.
